Nous insistons pour faire une visite avec la jeune femme de l'accueil qui après un accrochage conscens à venir, il manque une assiette, rideau cassé, tâche noire dans la salle de bain et...

Scarsa pulizia, personale addetto a rifare le camere non istruito. Mancanza di asciugamani per il viso e cambio di quelli per doccia ad orari improbabili. Oltretutto siamo dovuti rientrare un giorno prima della scadenza del soggiorno per problemi familiari e non abbiamo ricevuto nessun rimborso. Personale in portineria non preparato per le evenienze. Mi dispiace...
"We were only looking for a place to spend a night so this place sufficed, but wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer. Our unit was quite dirty, especially the bath, and the entire unit had an odour that was difficult to deal with. We stayed on the apartment side so maybe the hotel side was better?"
"Great hotel ! We really enjoyed the stay in the rural area of France while driving through it. The hotel is very clean, nicely maintained, wonderful atmosphere, it has a very nice pool and sauna, areas for hanging around. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we even received Greta advice where to go next to see in France. Highly recommend to make a stop at this place."

Métro à 2 minutes, bus 78 à côté pour aller à CASSIS. Le port a 4 stations de métro Accueil chaleureux, explications fluides.
Chambre correcte pour le prix,
Petit déjeuner correct et le monsieur qui s’en occupe est d’une extrême gentillesse.. il m’a laissé monter un plateau petit déjeuner à ma fille qui était fatiguée..
Petit bémol : le sdf qui dort à la porte de l’hôtel

"It was walking distance to the train station & old port. It also had the metro & bus stop close by. Unfortunately, there was a lot of homelessness close by. There was a lot of garbage & graffiti plus it smelled like urine!"
"La chambre est petite pour trois personnes mais pour un séjour oú on vit dehors tout va bien.
La salle de bain est très bien.
Il manquerait peut être une serviette de plus en cas de besoin.
Très proche de tout (à pieds, en tramway et bus)
Stationnement dans les rues avoisinantes parfois difficile à trouver mais on l’a fait et beaucoup moins cher que dans le stationnement recommandé par l’hôtel.
Le personnel est très serviable.

"Stayed for a week with family. Amazing location and ideally placed for trips into Aix and surrounding areas and about 30 minutes to nice beaches. Stayed in a basic but comfortable twin room. Window in the room is strange as if the blind is open people walking past can look straight in. Shower doesn’t have a door so water goes all over the floor. Beds are comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk and a bedside table. Air conditioning was great even in 38 degree heat. There are no balconies in...
