"I wondered beforehand in view of the modest price, but they have achieved that by reducing personnel rather than quality. The whole place is automated, they send a code so you let yourself in, breakfast is modest but adequate (and there is a 'Spoons just up the street if you fancy more!). Short walk from the station, warm & comfortable, would go again if ever in Boston. I needed to leave some luggage at check out for collection later in the day, that worked perfectly, by prior arrangement, and that was the only time I ever met a member of staff."

"Great value for the price and the quality of surface you get. Cannot complain. The hall way at night does looks a bit like a haunted movie due to the way the motion sensor for the light works and the bluish emergency exit lighting."

"Beautiful glamorous old building with modern design rooms which feels strange but no complaints here. Check in was difficult as we had not checked in online and you need to be aware there’s no reception and a code to access is required. In addition, parking is £4.40 for 24 hours but all good. I’d definitely use this hotel again"
