"Dan at reception (I think that was his name) was friendly and provided us with some great local recommendations. We visited during the flower show and the location was perfect for exploring all the activities while still being in a quiet part of town. It was walking distance to the golf club which did nice meals and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Wine and chocolates were also a much appreciated gesture."

"It was an okay stay overall, but two things made the experience a bit disappointing.
Firstly, the shower area did not appear to have been fully cleaned. There were clumps of hair still in the shower and on the wall. There also appeared to be possible mould where the shower doors slide on the inside.
Secondly, although the pillows had clean pillowcases, one of the pillows had a visible stain underneath. It looked like it may have been old blood or ink, although that is only based on...
"room was located behind the office area - beside the pool - parking for this room was not ideal for a couple over 70!
However the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The info on line was very
minimal - said tea making facilities and microwave and iron and ironing board.
All that was good. Didn't mention a toaster was there (so we took our own !)
Had crockery and cutlery - not mentioned - we again took our own!!!! could have saved ourselves a bit of space in small car! Disappointed...
