"My room was noisy when moving the chairs in the restaurant at night I think or whatever part of the dining room was above me. Also delivery truck noisy early in morning. Nice room but wouldn’t give to someone who asks for a quiet stay."

"The staff was professional and polite but a bit overwhelmed. We were on the 5th floor. I wish we had access to an elevator. In the morning for breakfast there were a lot of tables not cleared and no direction from staff that was coming in and out it. The buffet was mostly empty and no plates. It wasn't until we sat at a dirty table that staff recognized our need and directed us to a completely different area that had more tables that were clean and ready and a buffet that had more food available. "
