The hallways of the hotel were rather shabby looking, dirty carpets and wallpaper peeling off the walls, but you are only walking through them so not a big issue. Reception staff were nice. It was a perfect location for our holiday shopping centre/restaurants 5 minute walk and entrance to Disneyland Parks/Village & Train Station 15 minute walk. "

"This is a basic hotel thst offers a family suite with a kitchenette, so great for families, especially those going to Disney Paris. The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. "Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. "The bed was comfortable and car parking was available but this is where the positives stop. The room was rather cold at night (late December) yet you never feel the heating is on. The temp control in the room is set to "central " so you cannot change any settings from the room. The bathroom is very poor.
