"Housekeeping would’ve been nice if they showed up to change the sheets, put some fresh towels not sure if I was supposed to let the front desk know that lol but Other than that the stay was amazing! The girls from the evening shift Yvonne I know was one of the names not sure who the other was but they both were great made us feel welcomed."

"Staff is very helpful and on time with all of my concerns. Highly recommended."

"The property itself was very nice, but the rooms are very very outdated. The room was clean, but just smelled old. The bed was comfortable enough but you can tell the mattress was old. I always check every hotel we stay at for bedbugs, and although I didn’t find any bugs, the mattress was discolored from age. The AC was very cold, which we loved, but it was so loud we literally had to turn the tv up So loud, we probably annoyed our neighbors. The lamps on top Of the tv were stained from what I...

"Clean facilities, very pleasant host"

"The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests."

"I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. "

"We actually didn't get to stay at the Landmark as Metro Hospitality told me when I called the day before check-in about our room not being available. They claimed to have an equal property in Casa Grande and with my son's wedding the next day I took their word for it and that was a mistake. I paid for a luxurious apartment 3brd and what I received was a 2bdr slum in Casa Grande that couldn't accommodate our entire family. They won't respond to my many attempts to reach them. Anyway, they ruined...

"Very clean"

"We were in the area at Central Arizona Raceway. This property is only a few minutes away which was extremely handy. The property is quiet and felt like a safe neighbourhood. The house itself was dusty but overall clean. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuites but no separate bathroom for guests. Not a big deal for us but worth noting. There is not much nearby as far as groceries, restaurants etc but Casa Grande is only a 20 min drive away. "
