"I liked the location of this hotel! Every clean & convenient to near by areas. What I didn’t like was housekeeping never showed up & by the time we realized there was no point in calling the front desk to let them know because it was almost time for bed. Other than this minor inconvenience, my stay here was great! Tammy who works the front desk is amazing! "

"I booked through Expedia and i found the communication from the hotel to be great. I received a text explaining how to activate shuttle ride from the airport, along with explanation on where to meet the driver. I will say they might need to update those instructions as it was slightly different than what desk clerk told me when i called to let them know i had arrived. I appreciated the text. "The staff was very helpful. Quirky Chicago Cubs decor was fun. As a hotel in a city neighborhood, the somewhat unusual procedures for driving up and dropping off, how and where to park,etc were explained well by the front desk. And that desk was manned by a real human all the time. A co-operative arrangement with the public parking garage (almost next door) was very affordable. Fun home base, near Wrigley Field and public transport."
