"Had two separate reservations and was told I have to check out of the first and check in the second. I feel there is an easier way for the guest. "

"Traffic in Greenville is TERRIBLE! Especially in the area but otherwise a great location for convenience. Near the mall which is great. Cleanliness was okay but they could definitely dust surfaces a lot better. Also anything you put in the min fridge froze including our fresh fruit on the bottom shelf. WiFi sucked but the stay was nice."

"Garage Parking was exorbitant. This grandeur hotel also did not have a microwave in my room. To go the mezzanine floor to use a rather small microwave is simply ludacris. "

"My stay was great. There were a lot of restaurants near by and you don’t have to travel far. The customer was great and friendly. Room was very spacious and had a home like feel to it. I’m very ocd so of course I wiped down everything with a cleansing wipe and there wasn’t much dirt or debris left beside from the previous occupant. So house keeping is doing a very good job at making sure every is clean before your stay. But overall I give this hotel a 7.5 on my rating scale and would gladly stay...

"Reception and quiet"

"There was an internet outage of 24+ hours, local staff was not able to get help until the next day. Breakfast was not available on the first day. Overall hotel was good."
