"The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Mattress is comfortable. Parking on site was full the first day when we arrived in the evening. Very convenient to find a parking near the hotel."

"Clean, convenient and friendly staff"

"There was loud noise coming though the vent every once in a while. It make it difficult to sleep."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is old fashioned and designed for tourists. The dinner was super delicious in a set of varieties. The breakfast was good too. My room was clean and warm, but need some maintenance or upgrades. Particularly my bedroom was little smelly and toilet seat wasn’t properly installed. We enjoyed their onsens."

"Super close to the train station! The public bath is good too. Got a free drink upon checking in which was a nice welcome. Bed was comfy, had all I needed."
