"Was disappointed in evening meal previous stay it was good this time was tasteless"

"Our experience at the Royal Guest House in Dingwall was disappointing. The rooms themselves were acceptable, but the overall organisation was poor. When we arrived, we were given keys to two rooms, only to discover that one of them had not been cleaned. We had to return to reception to get another room key, and unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room. We were told to use the shower in another room...

"This was a perfect place for the area. The breakfast was wonderful. The view to the water was wonderful. It is definitely a B&B, and you can hear your neighbors, but it felt cozy and comforting. Loved that they have hot drinks for guests available at any time."

"It's always good to stay at St.Duthus. All the bedrooms have been modernised and are very clean and comfortable. There is plenty coffee available in the morning and a good selection of cold breakfast products. We enjoy staying there,"
