"Nice hotel with a full service restaurant. Staff were VERY friendly. I am just mot a fan of bathrooms without hooks or counter space to store toiletries. There was a heated towel bar, pedestal sink and 2 ft tall 3 tiered basket next to sink. No place to put make-up, brushes, ect. "

"A beautiful entrance as you drive up to the hotel. Loads of parking spaces. The receptionist was very polite & efficient when booking us in. The rooms were tidy/clean well kept. The bed was confortable, the pillows were to die for. Loved our evening meal, great choices, & flavoursome. The grounds were picturesque & loved the wild life/nature. Perfect for a stroll. Only negative was the loudness of doors banging shut. Otherwise I give this hotel 4stars "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"Parking is not easy and the staff are kind but don’t really move from their seats. Place is a very old building done up but a bit pricey for what you get."

"Staff and location were awesome. It was clean and safe. Convenient to shopping, and dinning. The only problem was the shower. It would not regulate no matter what I did. It was either too hot or too cold and nothing in between. Other than that I had an excellent time. "

"Very welcome by the check-in staff. Room ready and spacious and bright, pet made very welcome with no problem. Two night stay used the restaurant both night. Menu full of choice excellent starters and main with great dessert. Second night choose from "bar menu" but in the restaurant, very good choice. Prices very competitive in restaurant and bar. Great stay.... even though we didn't visit the Zoo!!! "
