"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. Excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable room, super easy access to the ski slopes and the free buses up/down the mountain."

Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!! "
