"The chef Kurt not only prepared outstanding meals but he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He also provided us with useful local information that proved very helpful. Nadine also made us feel right at home from the night we arrived to the morning we departed. We felt we were leaving two friends behind. We did not like the check in! "All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked."
