"Loved the hotel for the most part. My husband and I shared a room with our 2 young adult children. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and responsive. My biggest issue was the frosted glass bathroom door that didn’t lock properly (it had a lock but we couldn’t get it to work). We had to announce to the group when we were going to the bathroom, showering, or changing so no one would look in that direction or walk in. Not a great design choice for a room with multiple beds. "

"After my first review I was back a few weeks later. Nothing changed except I had a couple front people that were really good. But still dull breakfast everyday no changes, lack of kitchen staff to refill when out of food or basic things like salt. Gym still broken and no water in the water cooler. Still dirty and lack of professionalism from the staff outside of 2. One girl named Chris and the other a red head man. Did not get name but very good. Not sure I will be back. Loved location but hotel...
