"Upon arrival we had to wait for the receptionist Racida for 30’minutea to show up. Instead of apologizing she started to raise her volume to explain why she left, despite us specifically mentioning the time of arrival. We called the owner to complain and she didn’t seem to care. We had very low speed internet signal in the studio, with WiFi frequently disconnecting; we got anywhere from 1 to 11 mbps, due to a low power WiFi extender. We experienced nightly power cuts - no automatic power backup. William the gate keeper decided he did not want to turn on the generator because it would disturb the neighbors! We had to make calls at 12 midnight to his supervisor to tell him to turn on the generator! Anothe rnight he again decided not to turn on power. I went out and called out to him repeatedly while he slept in the upstairs apartment and ignored me. Unbelievable behavior. The cleaning lady too wasn’t friendly - she took the pool towels on day 1 and never returned them.
