Room service was difficult due to language barrier. The food was very good though for the room service and breakfast."

"Ok"

"There are so many good things I can say about this hotel. Especially the staff they wete comuniysyed"

One issue I had was that the staff on my check in day didn’t speak English. Luckily, I was with my wife who is Indonesian so that was no problem for me. "Mildew in the shower. Bare minimum supplies"

"The hotel is excellent for a budget hotel. I did not personally stay in it. I booked for my mother in law and father in law. They said the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only problem was the room they stayed was in was a bit small. "

"Room cleaned daily and breakfast every morning with different food but also maintaining some choices."

"Good"

"kamarnya bau rokok, padahal sudah pesan non smoking room. kamar pesan untuk 2 orang, tapi sikat gigi, handuk, sandal hanya disediakan untuk 1 orang."

"The staff overall were nice, but id say for the cleaning crew they need to clean the mirrors and a few times the dirty coffee mugs were not changed. As for parking its a tight space but there will be guys to assist you with parking and getting out."
