"At check in, Brian was on the phone, didn’t help us identify best entrance to our room nor about the additional $50 automatically added for incidentals ( not actually billed if not used). Brian handed me the bill to sign, slid the room cards to me, not a single word since his phone call was more important. Not the best first impression of Drury Hotels. The hotel, amenities and other staff are actually amazing! Complementary snacks and breakfast were so good ( and appreciated)! Shout out to Shelly, she was super friendly and helpful! I would give this hotel 6 out of 5 stars if I could. "

"When booking online sometimes you never know what you’re going to get until you get there. We went so we could stay close to Southern Illinois University. It was great location and it was clean. The staff was friendly, but the only thing I honestly was looking for was cleanliness."
