"The idealic location with a view of the harbor was beautiful and the room and bed were outstanding. The contactless checkin was flawless and the serenity sitting on the dock was great way to end our west coast vacation. We were lucky enough to get a street level parking space as the steepness for other spaces and getting to the entry could be challenging for some. Highly recommended."

I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"We did not expect for the host to have everything we needed! It made our stay nice and comfortable, I was over with my long distance boyfriend so it meant a lot to me. I especially appreciated the first aid kit, and the plenty of dishes and utensils. Would go back!!"
