"This is a 3 star hotel but in terms of being modern and new then it's more like a 4 star. I was very happy with the hotel, it looks brand new and the rooms are well furnished. Room sizes are normal but everything works perfectly. The staff are courteous and they do engage with you. I especially liked the male member of staff at Breakfast who greeted you. He was very welcoming every morning and that breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall, I would happily stay at the Best Western Arabellapark...

"Room was small for two people but good for a short stay. Restaurant terrasse has good wine. Area is nice and quiet. Continental breakfast buffet that was included in the stay was excellent with a lot of varieties of food."

"Stayed one night. The hotel is in a good location for the station, check-in was excellent especially as our room was upgraded which was a very nice gesture & appreciated. Lovely room with balcony. Free coffee & tea facilities in reception. An enjoyable night & recommend & would definitely stay again."
