"We had a good stay and the hotel overall was good. Staff were helpful however air conditioning didn’t work I. The room and staff could solve just said to open the window which was not helpful as very hot anyway. Also parking round the area was hard and not convinced although hotel let you unload luggage outside. Loves Annecy and the lake though "

"This is good hotel, a bit off the beaten path in terms of the old village and the lake but both about a mile away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing fancy - just a nice place to spend the night after sightseeing all day. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you out. I rented a a great e-bike from the hotel at a good price with none of the lines and hassles of renting them on the lakefront or in the village....
