"Bardzo miła obsługa"

"The room itself is very basic and disappointing. For a 3-star hotel, I expected a reasonable level of comfort and essential convenities. Unfortunately, there is no in-room safety deposit box, no hot water for making tea or coffee, and no tissues or napkins provided Despite the good location and exterior, helpful staffs, but basic amenities are lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who value basic comfort and convenience"

"Für 3 Sterne absolut zu empfehlen . Habe selten ein hotel 3 Sterne gesehen welches so gepflegt und sauber war . Lage sehr gut .Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen"

"The carpets are badly stained. I suggest guest bring bedroom sleepers to walk around the room. The staff are fairly helpful. The dining room staff are great. Room cleaners are slow to attend to the room if you stay longer than 1 night. The will clean rooms past 4 pm."

"Very clean and comfortable"

"The staff was amazing! The breakfast was standard fare and everything was fresh. Great location in Alcobaca to really take in the town. The only mildly down item I would mention is that the carpet in the room has seen better days and we would have loved access to a microwave as there was no way to reheat / warm up even a cup of water. Probably a very American request."

"The location was perfect! The beach was a minute walking distance away and lots of restaurants and shops next to the hotel. We had a corner room, and the view of the beach was picturesque. Totally amazing! It’s also 3 minutes walking distance to the funicular. The staff was superb, very accomodating to our needs! Thank you Melissa for making us feel welcomed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. Obrigada from Hawaii."

"Amazing place to stay in Fatima. We were on top floor with balcony view of the entire square and church. It is exceptional. rooms are well equipped clean and comfortable. Staff are great. Elevator goes to third floor you have to walk up stairs to reach the 4th. Easy walk to the plaza lots of food and shopping nearby you are right in the middle of the action"

"Excellent place on the top of the mountain under the beautiful castle. In charming little town. Magical place with unique atmosphere."
