"Charming hotel with views of the lake, comfy room, great breakfast and next to Lugano’s train station (at the end of its platform 4) where the Bernina Express bus journey terminates at."
"We travelled through 4 hotels and this one was one that was the most special. Our journeys were a blast but we were so spoiled at this properly. Beautiful and sizable rooms. The service was amazing too!"
"The hotel and the room wad nice and comfortable. Do not go expecting amenities in the room, as there were none. The buffet breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was the best part, within 5 minutes walking from the lake, gelato seconds away"
Recomendado. Grazie mille. Volveré algún día."
"We would like to say a huge thank you to Matteo and team for well and truly exceeding all expectations for our stay. Their welcoming generosity and out of the box facilitation for our Wedding Day was truly appreciated, and we will remember it for the rest of our lives.
The whole experience of staying at this beautiful hotel last year is the reason we came back again this year, and also booking their partnered restaurant (which is incredible by the way, also a thank you to Debora and team at...
"Hotel is clean and close to main attractions except breakfast was very poor one ! Like no options, fruits are not fresh at all, one of the fruit was rotten and they did not even bother to remove it ! The next day it was still there. The second day we did not have hot water, all of a sudden was broken. Also one of the staff like an elderly man in his 50’s is always scowled, and answers abruptly. Looked unhappy ! I don’t think I will recommend this hotel to anyone cause you should be there to...
