"Perfect stay with my daughter for few days. Staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. Can’t fault the whole experience. The only thing I ’d pick on was the smell in the toilet in our room, it’s probably due to the sewage system. The stafff came to attend and fix the smell every time we raise the issue.

"Das Hotel war super gelegen und hat es dort sehr gefallen da wir eine gute Lage für Ausflüge haben wollten und dafür war es perfekt. Man kann sich vor Ort einen Quad mieten und in nur 30 min an Balos Beach hinfahren. Auch mit dem Auto kann man in nur einer Stunde zum Elafonissi Beach hinfahren, und die Fahrt dort hin ist schon ein Erlebnis wenn man die längere Strecke in Kauf nimmt. Das war bisher der schönste Strand den wir je gesehen haben.
Frühstück im Hotel war ausreichend und am Pool hat...

We had a lovely spacious flat, nicely furnished and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is cleaned regularly. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Great place!"
"We had an amazing stay at Erato. The flat was in good condition and clean! All the employees were kind and helpful. We had cleaning service everyday. The hotel is located just in front of the beach. Perfect location. The pool area is amazing as well. We also had a parking spot. Everything was perfect and we couldn't expect anything better. Give a 10/10 for the amenities and staff as well. Will come back definitely!"
"We were going to be up very early so we would miss breakfast, we asked the previous afternoon if there was any way to get a pastry before we left and she said she would bring us something in the evening before we went to sleep. She ended up bringing us six containers full of food. It was such a kind thing for her to do. She provided us with more than enough! We were very grateful because we did not feel like we missed out on breakfast.
