"The property is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of noise from other guests but this is no reflection on the property. My only little negative is the shower soaked the bathroom floor and limited amount of hot water for 2 guests."

It’s in an ideal location. 200 metres from the Canteras beach and 400 metres from Santa Catalina bus station which is just beside the cruise terminal. The commercial centre is 600 metres away. There’s a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets in the immediate surrounding area. A taxi to the old town is 6 Euros. "I don’t want to complain to much as I paid next to nothing for 4 days but it looks as though the owners of the hotel have given up or run out of money. Loads of general maintenance needed & smell of drains in the bathroom. Balcony also needs loads of attention as the decking is falling apart. Hardly seen any staff but those I did see were polite. Pool is tiny in comparison with photos. "
