"Nice price and quiet, check in staff friendly. Very busy and tight car park especially if you have a van. Next door is harvester but couldn't get food as way too busy. Breakfast free and ok for free. Location was main reason for the stay and in my budget. "

"We were made to feel welcome by Amy on reception. She told us everything we needed to know and was particularly helpful with a monor problem we had. Our room was comfortable and also very quiet. There was good parking facilities and the Miller and Carter was opposite for an evening meal. We had a good breakfast which was buffet style."

"Great stay at The Quays. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Always made the effort to speak to you as you pass reception. As a guest of the hotel, we had discount in the restaurant which was a bonus also. Rooms were tidy, clean and spacious. And had good facilities such as iron, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo and kettle. Only thing was, you couldnt control the AC in the room, it was centralised."

"A hotel with a labyrinth of corridors! Room was mostly clean, good shower, comfy bed but mould near the ceiling on 2 walls. Breakfast was not that good tbh, sour milk and suspiciously quick full English which looked like it was pre cooked & heated up."

"This hotel is without doubt “budget”. It’s dated and tatty and in the middle of nowhere, but the bed was comfy and was fine for a base for a couple of nights as I was working in Cambridge. The added bonus of having a basic continental breakfast was appreciated. Parking on site too. If it’s prices rise much more, it wouldn’t be worth it but for a cheap hotel it’s a decent enough base."

"From the outside this hotel isn't paticularly pleasing on the eye, and inside the hotel is a little dated. However, see past that and yiu will have a very enjoyable stay. This is perhaps the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and everything in the room yet, which I find often isn't the case, even with 5 star hotels. The breakfast was perhaps one of the best, if not the best I've ever had in a hotel. And when I thanked the owner she confirmed that all the food is cooked fresh fro scratch. The...

"The Deeping Stage is really a lovely pub/hotel with a great restaurant serving some lovely food at a very reasonable price. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The whole ambiance is really beautiful. Thank you for such a lovely weekend stay. Phil "
