He wanted to welcome me to the Sandman for my stay, and was calling to let me know they had upgraded my room to a King Suite at no additional charge. "Very clean and friendly check-in. Only down side was that there were some young fellows staying there that were tele-com workers and they were outside next door to us at midnight and were very loud. there is traffic and train noise but that didn't bother us because we knew what to expect."

"Great staff! Very welcoming! Love the duck puns and getting to keep one! Had some amenities that weren’t expected, like toaster oven and microwave utensils! Only complaint unfortunately is, maybe because it was one a split room, we could hear everything next door (who weren’t loud whatsoever). Will definitely be back tho! Thanks to the “Eager Beaver” who was so kind to accommodate us!"
