"We had a pretty sub-par experience with the Waverly Inn apartments. First- check-in was really stressful. We arrived on a Sunday at 4:30, as expected. Check-in time is listed as 4pm so I would imagine check ins would be expected around this time. We arrived to a closed reception desk and no one in sight. "The room was spacious and very nice, the bed was comfortable and we loved the coffee and tea station. We ate at the restaurant several times and they were always understaffed. The staff that were there were working very hard, but there were just too few. We waited at the hostess station for over 10 minutes before someone was able to seat us, then it took forever to order and get our food. The quality of the food was very average. But the location of the hotel was perfect for our activities."

"This place was super cute and charming! The room was a family room and it was a good size. Super convenient location, everything was walkable from train station, dining and shopping. There was a secure storage area where we were able to store our luggage while we went on a 2 day bus tour. Very clean. No staff on property, but they were very responsive to any questions we had."
