"The Front Desk Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They also recommended an excellent authentic Portuguese local restaurant which we very much enjoyed."
"Really fantastic stay. Given the price it was great, with fantastic ammenities and an awesome breakfast.
Room is certainly dated with torn carpet. Otherwise it was styled nicely for its time. Absolutely amazing views."
"Our assigned room was cozy with not a lot of room for maneuvering. It was built with small luggage in mine. The view of the ocean was lovely but the balcony is tiny.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic. There was a huge variety. Give yourself enough time to enjoy it. The food options were great."
"The staff was amazing! The breakfast was standard fare and everything was fresh. Great location in Alcobaca to really take in the town. The only mildly down item I would mention is that the carpet in the room has seen better days and we would have loved access to a microwave as there was no way to reheat / warm up even a cup of water. Probably a very American request."
"The location was perfect! The beach was a minute walking distance away and lots of restaurants and shops next to the hotel. We had a corner room, and the view of the beach was picturesque. Totally amazing! It’s also 3 minutes walking distance to the funicular. The staff was superb, very accomodating to our needs! Thank you Melissa for making us feel welcomed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.
Obrigada from Hawaii."
"Located outside the Castle Walls, but well situation for a quiet evening in Obidos. The rooms and whole home were impeccably clean, the breakfast was wonderful and the whole stay was unforgettable. The history of this home and charachter are once in a lifetime."
"The cleanliness, the staff always willing to help, the nearby transport, the quiet location, and the lit fireplace in the dining room created a very welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again."
