"We had a fantastic time in New York, largely thanks to this apartment and the smooth, friendly communication with the host. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the action, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner. The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!"

"This property felt like it had the bare minimum. good for storage luggage but that’s about it had zero communication with a property manager online had to get let in by other tenants won’t not recommend "

"This place looks great from the pictures and in person there was no issue there. Check-in was quick and easy but that's were the issues began. I asked how to turn on the heat because there were three thermostats and two were locked to prevent adjusting. I was told they are not locked. There is a driveway on property which I was told not to use without further explanation just instructions on where I could find parking. I asked about the grill that was advertised but later found it enthralled in...

"Even though the suite was not designed as a handicapped suite, the staff was proactive and attentive to the adjustments that would help. I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat...

"The rental property isn’t a townhouse as advertised, but an apartment on the first floor of the building. Furthermore, the entrance to this apartment is located in an alley next to the building near several trash bins… The apartment itself wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival (dirty carpets and dust in several areas). When we arrived and notified the host, we were told that the apartment door had simply been left unlocked (!!!) and that the key was on the dining table. No parking was...

"We had a wonderful time at this property. The host was very helpful and communicated wonderfully! He anticipated any problems we may have and his suggestions were great! We did have to ask for an extra towel daily (they only give you three);however, we did get them quickly. The facility is just a few blocks from Times Square and was very clean. Concierge was helpful in getting a car to the airport. The driver was very nice and full of information on the city."
