"House was very nice and as described. Beds were comfortable, temperature was nice. The neighborhood was very run down with boarded up homes across the street. The camera at the front door is inside and pointed in to the house which was very uncomfortable. Reggie was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a very nice place."

"The renovation of these row houses was very nice. The neighborhood is going thru changes, but we never felt unsafe. It is close to Drexel University. Philadelphia is a very friendly place.. There are neighborhood safety patrols at night. However there wasn't a hair dryer in the entire place. There were no hand towels or wash cloths, or rags to clean up any spills. No bathmats. The bathroom rugs needed a cleaning. The backyard patio is really a very nice place to relax. We had a very hard time...

"This is an order home that has been updated. There are 2 units with the bigger one being upstairs. If you have mobility issues, be warned. The steps are steep. My family wouldn't let me try to climb them so my husband and i stayed in the downstairs unit. Bith units are lovely, with modern kitchens, but unit 1 is much smaller. We had a great time in Philly and were comfortable in this home."

"From booking to actually seeing the place in person, i was thoroughly impressed and pleased. The hosts kept the lines of communication open to answer any questions and provide guidance. The place was amazing. It was more enjoyable and more spacious than staying in a hotel. The whole family, 7 of us, all enjoyed the accommodations. Next time I'm in the Philly area, I know where I'm staying."

"Fun place to stay while in town for NCAA Lacrosse Tournament at Lincoln Financial Field. Huge house, plenty of space for all of us. Fun rooftop area to fully enjoy the nice weather at night seeing the skyline. All of the amenities of home. Only two things worth mentioning are no ice machine in refrigerator freezer amd wifi was spotty. "With a late check-in and early checkout, we weren't totally pleased with this property. The rooms were freezing cold and the split units didn't seem to be working. Other than that, the place was pretty clean and the host was very communicative and allowed us to check in sooner than the 5:00 check-in."

"First impression the room was nice, then horror the worst thing ever that could happen, bed had bed bugs , blood stains from bed bugs I have videos and photos! Bed had hair on it wasn’t very clean! The shower was dirty I had to spray it down! Me having to clean my room was kind of annoying but the bed bugs was horrifying!! I had to throw most of my clothing away just to be safe! I wasn’t even accommodated for my stay! I had to pay for another hotel out of pocket! Just horrible wouldnt recommend...

"My husband, brother in law, and I were very pleased with all the amenities that were available to use during our stay! We are out alot but we also cooked several meals with the cookware and dinnerware provided to us at the house. It was very nice to have the comforts of home available. The shower is amazing! The owner communicated very well also. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future!"

"This apartment is great for guests who want comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, which was perfect for us. It has minimal living area amenities - good kitchen for breakfasts but would be limited for much beyond that and no real living room. Bedrooms with private baths are at opposite ends of the unit so individuals/couples can have privacy if traveling as a group. Each bedroom has its own TV."
