"I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this hotel because of its passcode door security. Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful. "

"Lovely basement apartment with lots of room. Great bathroom and wonderful king bed. Hosts were helpful and understanding. The only issue someone might have is with all the scents- diffusers- used. Otherwise it is terrific!"

"3rd floor apartment, very cute. Small kitchen with everything youd need. There was a great mexican resturant around the block about a minute walk to get to. Parking was better than we expected. Ivy was great with communication. We picked this stay because it had a crib, highchair and stroller, it also had kida toys a changing "table" and diapers! "We really enjoyed the property and the area. It’s in a perfect spot with a variety of different food options all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Only downside was there’s no WiFi connect but you need that to operate the tv so I had to pay for 1 month of Xfin!ty. Other than that everything is right there for you to enjoy perfect “home away from home”."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The location was within walking distance of our sons apartment, many restaurants and U Penn. We happen to catch the Farmers Market at the Clark Park on Saturday morning. "I really enjoyed my stay. It suited our basic needs really well. Tina was super attentive and accommodating. We had an issue with the shower, and Tina had it fixed the same day. The neighborhood was safe and within walking distance of any needs, including a grocery store. The place was clean and check in was incredibly easy. The mattress and futon could use an upgrade, as it's not very comfortable, but other than that, things were great. I would recommend staying here."

"A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. Very new interior very nicely done."
