"the bar and resturant were great but the room was terrible...above the kitchen so could smell cooking in our room...bed was like a hospitl bed and felt like it was broken in the middle...but the staff and downstairs was lovely..shame that wasnt echoed upstairs"

"The cottage suits us very well, we have visited it many times.This time it wasn't quite as clean as usual, the upstairs shower is very grubby.It was cold and frosty while we were there but we found the heating came on during the night as well which we found to be too warm.The equipment in the cottage is of very good quality especially in the kitchen.The decor of the cottage compliments its surroundings.We enjoy staying at Gardener's Cottage very much and would recommend it if you are looking for something surrounded by nature and quite isolated yet not far from civilisation."
