"I didn’t like that we had to wait 2 hours to check in. We drove 6 hours to South Lake Tahoe to have a great time we got to front desk at 3:00 pm and the lady said we had to wait until 5 pm to check in when checking time was at 3:00 pm. "

"Older place but it has been upgraded nicely. Customer service was great. Location is perfect: on the water, places to eat and shop within walking distance. The room a/c is loud, it would be great if it had a lower speed so it would be quieter. The hair dryer has a diffuser attachment, great for us curly hair people! The fire pits, multiple seating areas, and outdoor games all add up to make it a really nice place to stay."

"In comparison to the Very Negative reviews from about 1-2 years ago, this motel is being thoroughly remodeled. Carpets removed and replaced by hardwood floors, and I saw no e evidence of any structural or safety problems. The clerk said the entire motel is being worked on, and my room looked new and was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Still no complimentary breakfast, despite that amenity still being advertised on their website. She said the pool had been fixed but then the water pump went...

It’s a well maintained older hotel, so anyone looking for Insta material this is not for you. I’m only dinging them for this stay because the AC went out the first night & the windows only open a few inches so it was 82° in my room until it got fixed the next morning. I also got one of the few remaining spots when I came back just after sunset (although I think you can overnight...
