"The property itself was clean and my pod was spacious. The hot spring was nice, but constantly crowded. It’s in a perfect area if Shinjuku is your thing. The lounge is terrific with the snacks and free drinks. My one and only complaint is that as it was my first time there, the staff wasn’t exactly helpful with how it all worked. I did it to try it, but wouldn’t necessarily do it again."

"Great vibe and clean"

"Check-in instructions weren't very clear from the start. Also, while I appreciate keeping things quiet, the noise policy felt extremely strict — it was difficult when people were coming and going at different times throughout the day and night. But overall it was a good stay"

"We stayed at this location for our stay in Tokyo. It’s a very average hotel. They had an elevator on site and the location was very convenient for exploring Shibuya. The rooms were small; however, that is to be expected. The bed was average comfort. The bathroom was smaller than expected. Overall a good stay if your priority is to save money on lodging and spend the day exploring."

"The room was clean and well maintained. It also has a public bath on the 2nd floor. I chose this hotel as it is near Haneda Airport and easy access to other subway/rail lines."

"快適に利用できました。"
