"sauber Sehr gutes wlan Rezeption immer besetzt Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit"

"The room i received was an attic type room, very small and compact. Was ok for weekend stay but would have been terrible for longer. Room was clean and tidy cant fault that, the staff were amazing, very polite, very helpful. Limited onsite parking but wasnt busy so had parking all the time, there is street parking next to hotel too. From what I saw there was a kebab house, Chinese takeaway and a decent sized Asda store all within 5mins walk, main town, shopping and stadium less than 10mins drive...

"I had good sleep. The lady making breakfast very friendly makes you feel like home. I booked one day and then added another night. Good for the price, I had to ask for pillows the one was in the room wasn’t to my liking . "

"Bar downstairs is lovely and serves very nice food. Room is adequate and has rverything you need. :)"

"Great location, fabulous restaurant downstairs."

"Overall, the property was clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was decent. However, one of the rooms had no working shower and despite reporting it first thing in the morning, it still wasn’t repaired when my dad returned. They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. Rooms would benefit from blackout...

"Lets start from the entrance, the door broken. The person at the reception was ok, i must admit. The room? A disaster!! Old floor carpet not clean. The shower old and with signs of wear. The toilet was shaking. The door of the shower room broken. The ceiling had cracks and i woke up in the night as water was dripping from them.. It was a nightmare. Early morning i went to the reception, the person there (a different one) all he could say was that he was sorry.. We left... NEVER NEVER...

"Nice hostel - clean and well presented - in an excellent location. The facilities are basic but excellent value for money. I will be very happy to use this hostel again."

"Hard to find hotel but once we found it , it was easy book in , room clean a good value for the money we payed"

"The bathroom shower head had rust on it. There was timescale on the shower basin. The shower screen has soap scum reminiants. Only 1 bath towel and face towel for a 2 night stay for 2 people. The pictures showed toiletries. There were none. The soap dispenser had been watered down. The young girl who appeared to be doing everything went to the shop to buy us a fresh hand soap. The bedding was all creased up and had not been ironed and the pillowcase covers had come away at the stitching....

"I like how the informations needed by the guests to access the property were sent via email with proper guidance and direction. Also, the technology on the door to access the property. The serenity and privacy of the home was good amongst other things. Also the rooms are clean."

"Okay for what I paid for"

"Bathroom smells mouldy, could have done with a small window opener for airflow.kitchen has everything you need.parking perfect outside accommodation Overall a good place to stay"

"We booked this to stay months ago for my daughter’s graduation. Arrived at approximately 6:45pm with no one on the reception and no contact. Phoned the shared number and no answer so text to receive a response that they are not responsible for the property and to delete the number. Did not stay as had no access and had to search for last minute accommodation instead. Do not book as not what it is sold to be. Now waiting for the refund."
