Can’t you just buy a cheap new one? The chair by the bed was badly stained and there was gum in the carpets. In the bathroom the bath was stained and had no plug and no plug in the sink either, so hard to shave. These all make the place feel really unwelcoming. It was just loose over the bath. They did fix it once I told them, but I would've expected it to have been addressed before my arrival. "The room was very clean with tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. Not a great selection of teas but fine for us. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean and ironed. Small TV but that didn't bother us as we were out more than in. Good selection at breakfast with cereal, yoghurts, fruit juice. Very good cooked breakfast with several options. Tea and coffee served in your own pots. Staff really friendly."

A window in the inside front door had been broken and was never replaced. Got to the room it was supposed to be a double. Fair enough it had double bed and just enough room to walk around it.
