"Great location- could take the train/bus where I needed to go (passport office. Also close to Amtrak, tourist attractions like the space needle, bay, aquarium, etc. Plenty of restaurants (fast food, healthy vegan, etc.), movie theater, and both a CVS and Walgreens nearby. The neighborhood wasn't the safest-feeling as a lone female traveller. I had 2 separate people tell me to, "be careful." I also walked past several blocks that reeked of urine, but hey... it's downtown. I live in Portland and...
