"My sister ended up staying here by herself with her kid because I was sick and couldn't make the drive. The staff was entirely unhelpful in getting her checked in and refused to do anything until I called Expedia to make the change for her to get in the room (despite her being on the booking already and me being willing to video call to show my license). She felt unsafe for most of the night, and there was active construction in the lobby first thing in the morning. I guess you get what you pay...

"I had reservations so check-in and check-out were quick and easy and the rates were reasonable. Upon entering the room I did a bed bug check and found the bed clear of bugs, a big plus. I stayed five nights and never found any evidence of bed bugs. I found that the toilet seat was very loose as was the faucet in the sink. I brought this to the attention of one of the staff and it was "fixed" within minutes. While they did make the situation better, it still could have been better. Not a...

"I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here."
