The room was not clean. Counter tops and floors were dirty, hair on the clean towels, trash under the bed, light bulb over the bed was detached, tv turned on but only for the hotel advertisement couldn’t watch tv on it, holes in the sheets, the lamp was rusted and flickered when turned on, the mirror was located on the wall and when someone walked by they can peak in the room and look directly in the mirror and view the bed! The curtains were gross and stained as well. Everything was very old and walls where painted over damages and the corner if the ceiling was falling in. Security was there and walked the premises several times. It was actually a terrifying experience.

Dirty hotel that double charged me then could not figure out how to reverse it so had to report fraud! Checked me in one room then called me down in put me in a room full of black mold, ripped walls and broken tile in bathroom shower did not work and dirty sheets. When complain they offer for me to leave no apology or anything. Then Charged me for the first night where i didn’t even stay due to the mold and dirty sheets

I stayed here for 4 days and the man at the front desk was the only person that was nice to me the first day , when they switch shift it was a African American female that was so rude and I'm african American myself I would absolutely advise nobody to stay here the rest of the staffs are completely rude and nosey . This was a complete waste of my money and time .

There were roaches in my room and the front desk says they don’t have roaches. Somebody tried to get into my room at midnight and staring into my window, the bathtub had been painted and was chipping. There was no caulking around the bathtub, which is where the roaches were coming in and out, and the manager refuses to respond to correspondence requesting a partial refund. Oh and no soap

The floors did not look clean. The overhead lights over the bed we’re really not clean. The soap dispenser just fell off the wall. The worst was the parking lot. Lots of people sleeping or laying around in their cars. People walking around with hoodies and mask on their face.
