"I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and newness feel of the guest rooms. The outside definitely is not fitting of what you find inside and within the resort. The only problem I had was with guest laundry. One of the two washers available were broken. The laundry is located outside of the resort. I made a few attempts to get help from the desk. There was some frustration with getting help for this issue, felt like they couldn't be bothered with it. They did however replace my detergent....

"Location was very convenient and close to LAX airport. Room was clean and good. There really wasn’t more to this place! They only gave breakfast in a brown bag for takeaway. I took a taxi from the airport and the driver kept complaining what a short ride it was for him. Maybe I should have tried the hotel shuttle service "

"Overall great place to stay. Only hiccup was trying to check out at an early hour. I had to try and track someone down to do so. The desk was not staffed and no way to get contact anyone. The breakfast is good and has lots of items to choose from. Rooms and Bathrooms were very clean. Lots of options for dining and shopping, many of which are withing walking distance."

"I normally have stayed either in Anaheim, Buena Park, or even Inglewood when I've visited the area, but it the Burbank/Glendale area was a nice change. The Disneyland/Convention Center area is definitely a bit more upscale and a little more walkable, but Glen Capri was in a part of Glendale that was MUCH more pleasant than either Inglewood or Buena Park. It is a nice chill area that has a good mix of upscale dining/drinks as well as cheap fast food. The Glen Capri property itself is... classic...

There was some frustration with getting help for this issue, felt like they couldn't be bothered with it. They did however replace my detergent. I would stay again, and recommend to family and friends. We were visiting Universal Studios with family."
