"Upon arrival and parking in the carpark I was concerned I have made the wrong choice. I went into the bar area and spoke to staff and I found them to be incredibly helpful and wanting to ensure that the process of checking in was easy. Though out my stay I felt comfortable and welcomed. The only criticism I have is that there was no food available through out our stay. However, there is plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance. Overall I liked it there and plan to go...

"The house was freshly renovated. Everything was nice."

"Good for solo and family trip. Inside the building everything is safe. Individually marked for individual rooms to avoid confusion. Got a nice kitchen and utensils. Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly. Clean kitchen, corridor, bedroom and toilet. "
