"Lovely setting, vegetarian breakfast was very good, comfortable stay, nice walk across Harnham Water Meadows to Salisbury."

"The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton."

"The grounds that accomodation was within was interesting. It is essentially a college but with the feel of a museum."

"Nice and neat place"

"Stay away if you don't want to bring bed bugs back home. We have bed bugs in our rooms, and tried to move around the hotel, to different rooms on different floors, but the problem remained the same. We spent one night killing bed bugs all night before we gave up and moved out. Hotel has refused to give us any refund afterwards."

"Had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and lifesaving portable air con Very nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities excellent. The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property."

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Very clean. Host was excellent."

"Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order."

"Really can’t have chosen a worse place. No towel. Mould on the roof Condensation everywhere. Flakey paint. Aluminium foil to cover the windows. Can’t be a real place I paid over £120 for. Not much more I can say. Front desk: guy was super happy and helpful so I’ll give him 5 stars. Rest is pretty much unbelievable. The end."
