"موقع الفندق ممتاز ، لكن الفندق لا بأس به"

"Clean rooms, good location, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice cafe. An excellent bar downstairs with great vibes!"

"Great view of the river"

"Not many good things about this hotel, no place to drop bags off before/after check in/out. Private shower was wet like someone had used it two hours before we checked in. Poor amenities and there is barely any floor space in the room"

"Bereits unser 3. Aufenthalt im Star Hotel. Ideale Lage, nette Nachbarschaft und ein Haus mit britischem Flair. Selten haben wir so ein sauberes Hotel erlebt. Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder."

"It was a gret location, loads of restaurants and shops nearby, great vibe and not noisy. Staff were really helpful"

"This was a very disappointing stay. Firstly I paid 39 pound to check in early, this was not ready in time. I had blood stained sheets in various spots. In addition white stains all over the blue pillows. I welcomed the staff to come and collect them. They said I needed to arrange a time. In my opinion they should come and collect them without having to arrange a time. In addition, a constant smell of cigarettes flows throughout the building."
