"Location was convenient but that was about it. When we arrived we were told that our room was on the 7th floor but the elevator (very small) only went to the sixth floor and we would have to climb the stairs….not a big deal but it was a very steep set of stairs that led to the “William Penn Suite”. It was a very hot day and the AC not on. The suite was very strangely designed, one room had a window air conditioner the other had a room air conditioner balanced on the night stand, the bathroom...

"We checked in and were told to park around the back. The entrance was in the back, door unsecured, so anyone could walk in. The hall carpeting was disgusting and smelled bad. The room was dirty and there was a cockroach on the wall. We were so disgusted that we checked out and went to another hotel and we are requesting a refund. Expedia had an 8.2 rating, which is very misleading, since the hotel was so gross."

"I was completely satisfied with my stay here. It's in a great location, not far from the historical sites. The price is reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. While they don't have their own parking lot, there is public parking right across the street. Plus, breakfast is included! Max A"
