"This is very reasonably priced hotel, with a convenient location (close to the Chinatown and LGBTQ+ village) and a 15 min walk from the Birmingham New Street station. Clean room and staff are welcome and helpful, stayed in this hotel before and will stay again probably in the future."

"Dirty disgusting room 20 avoid at all cost"

"Lovely staff upon arrival."

"I travel often to Wolverhampton and had heard that the Hotel was not good; anyway, I decided to give it a go. The bedroom by itself is not bad; the building is not new, and it is outdated ( corridors, stairs, carpet, paint). Wouldn't allow me access to the property and kept my money. I'm surprised Expedia allow unscrupulous operators like this in the platform."

"Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost."

"The staff were great, and the building itself was really nice. The café inside was a lovely place to relax and lounge. The only downside was that the surrounding area looked a little rough. A few things to note before booking: There was extensive construction along the entire street out front, which looked like it would continue throughout November. At night, traffic was bumper-to-bumper for hours. Walking routes that would normally be short took an extra 10 minutes or so to get around the...
