"Helpful staff, good location, good size room for a family and quite quiet especially considering the location. The only thing we would say is that every time we stay at a Days Inn as a family of 4 there is always only one towel."
"It says 'basic' in the listing, and it's very cheap, so don't expect the Ritz. The bedroom and bathroom were very basic but clean, and the host was friendly and helpful - check in was easy and quick. Kettle, WiFi and TV in the room. Kebab shop etc nearby. The house and room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. None of the doors - bedroom, bathroom or outer door - felt securely locked. This is a property and area I would not recommend for a solo female traveller."

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. "1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later.
2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe.
3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....
