"The rooms are very nice. They’re nicer than the Embassy Suites in Greensboro. The parking is great. I stayed on the first floor, and I noticed you can hear everything in the hallway, especially the housekeeping when they start yelling in the morning. There’s a space between the door and the floor. I don’t understand for that, but you can hear people talking the doors paper Thin I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor if you wanna sleep."

"They ask for a $50 cash deposit that was never anaunced on the add"

"The elevator was making some really bad noises and it ended up getting worked on while we were there. When we arrived, they had checked someone else into my room that shared the same first name as me. So, he had to try to find a different room for me. But the guy at the front desk spent several minutes telling me that he didn’t have a reservation for me and insisting that I didn’t book a room there. I was extremely disappointed"

"Prefect walking distance to Steven Tanger Performing Arts Center! Plenty of restaurants, bars, and boutiques within walking distance as well."

"The staff was very friendly."

"The rooms were nice."

"Very busy, people moving around all hours of the night. I had trouble with the door not locking properly, when I called they immediately came up to check it out. I just had close the door hard for it to latch properly."

"The property looked nothing like the photo on Expedia. Poorly maintained. The room was ok, very noisy at night. I couldn’t even get into the lobby to check out, I had to do it behind security glass. Was definitely not worth the hefty price tag."

"The security doors did not lock"

"Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly. Would stay again."
