"The staff was so incredibly welcoming and kind and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is clean and well decorated for Halloween (even if the clowns were a little bit scary). I loved that the pool had extended hours and it was open until 1 AM. It was nice to go soak in the hot tub after seeing a show at OSF. My only complaint is that the pillows were awful. They were super thin and felt like they were made of paper. The rest of the day more than made up for it. I will definitely be back...
