"Slow checking in. Once Kaylee came on duty things ran excellent. But arrived at 240pm and was told checking in earliest was 3pm. They didn't even try to take our information or payment before 3pm. This was after waiting for about 10 minutes at front desk without anyone in site even after ringing a bell twice. The room was spacious, comfortable beds. Took 5 minutes or more to get hot water, but good shower after that. Location and free parking always good."

"Our room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The desk personnel greeted us everytime that we walked through the lobby. The breakfast was delicious, with multiple choices. Thank you to Hampton Inn for making our stay away from home a great one!"

"Clean room, dated but very well maintained, nice safe area"

"Hotel was great! Pretty good area with food and travel spots to go to."

"Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was ehh!"

"The bed was comfy but pillows too puffy. Duvet very thin and no extra blankets available. Breakfast was advertised but very little offered"

"After enjoying the hot tub I went back to my room 238 to take a bath and there was no tub stopper in the tub. I called the front desk spoke to Megan who told me she didn't have any stoppers. I asked her what am I supposed to do as I don't take showers? She suggested I put a towel in the hole to stop up the water. She told me I could move to another room but the hotel does not have an elevator so I declined and asked her what she could do to adjust the price for the amenities I've already paid...

"El desayuno es malísimo, son solamente barritas con café. El hotel huele a viejo y está sucio, no lo recomiendo para familias."
