"Great location for Queens tennis club and general sightseeing in London . Close to the tube stops. Barons Court and West Kensington . The flat was very spacious , clean and comfortable. Ideal for us as a family. Only downside was the heat in the flat was unbearable. We did visit when it was 30c but we needed some fans to be available at the flat. We couldn’t open the windows completely in some rooms so it was like a sauna . "

" Esperienza negativa. Dopo la prenotazione, ho dovuto chiamare hotels per ben 3 volte perchè non riuscivo a mettermi in contatto con la struttura. Mi avete ha un'altro contato sig. Sammy, al quale ho mandato un messaggio whatsApp, dicendogli del nostro arrivo e ora, e se poteva indicarci un mezzo pubblico per arrivare in struttura, nessuna risposta, richiamo hotels, e solo quando ero davanti alla porta della casa, mi risponde Sammy dicendo che sarebbe arrivato dopo mezzora. Saliti in casa...

"It was really nice and included a lot such as a mini fridge, utensils, water, coffee and tea. I’d say the only issue I found was the dryer didn’t really dry and there was light construction but other than that great stay"

"Made to wait an hour before somebody met me to check-in. Large laundry bags left on landing areas. Tv didn’t work. Lack of kitchen facilities, no frying pan, tea towels or bin liners. Large group of foreign males in rooms making noise late at night and early in the morning. No housekeeping for a 3 night stay. No information on any Wi-Fi. Accommodation in a poor state internally."

"Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall. "
